Making Team Meetings Count

Cutting through the rambling, excuses and unpreparedness of recurring meetings.

THE CHALLENGE

Create a simple solution that gave meeting leaders a centralized place to capture, track and confirm the completion of action items for recurring team meetings without requiring any interaction with a platform from the meeting participants.

THE OUTCOME

A simple and hyper-focused application that empowers meeting leaders to enforce and celebrate accountability through a structured meeting flow, ensuring focus and saving time.

Wecountable was born from years of product management, organizing meetings between executives, designers, developers and marketers. Because every department had their own tools and unique skillsets it proved to be impossible to find a single platform where everyone would track accountability.

An MVP application was developed over 1 week and was then shared with fellow product managers, project managers and business consultants for feedback. What started out as a glorified checklist quickly evolved into a meeting system that tracked discussion topics, indiviudal action items, final discussion points and consolidated recap that would email commited action items to participants for them to manage however they preferred.
